I received the wrong item—what should I do?

Jei per klaidą gavote ne tai, ką užsakėte – nedelsdami kreipkitės el. paštu labas@rustile.lt ir kuo skubiau ištaisysime klaidą.

The item color looks different than expected—what should I do?

We take all product photos ourselves and do our best to reflect the colors and patterns as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution and color display settings. This is mentioned in all product descriptions. Unfortunately, such variations are not considered a defect.

The dimensions of the item are incorrect—what should I do?

It’s very important to measure the covers as soon as you receive them – before washing. Since all fabrics are cut and sewn by hand, a size variation of up to 2 cm is possible. If the discrepancy is larger, please contact us at labas@rustile.lt.

My bedding covers shrank after washing—is this normal?

Yes – this is completely normal. Natural fabrics tend to shrink when washed in warm or hot water. Typically, covers can shrink by up to 5%, so we recommend choosing a slightly larger duvet cover. If you notice excessive shrinkage after washing, please contact us at labas@rustile.lt.

What’s the difference between satin and cotton percale?

Both satin and cotton percale are made from 100% cotton – the difference lies in the weaving technique. Satin is woven with finer threads and has a denser weave. Its weight is 130g/m². Satin is softer and lighter than percale. Percale, on the other hand, is woven from slightly thicker threads with a looser weave, making it more durable but not as soft as satin. The weight of percale is 146g/m².

Both fabrics are 100% natural, absorb moisture well, and allow the skin to breathe.

I’ve had satin bedding before, but I didn't like it because it was too slippery and static. Is yours the same?

Slippery and static satin is not made from 100% cotton. In Lithuania, many sellers falsely label bedding sets as satin, even though they are not made from natural fabrics. Unfortunately, such sets are either fully synthetic or blended with synthetic fibers, even if the packaging claims it’s 100% cotton. For more information on how to tell real satin from fake – see this article.
