We want Rustilė products to bring you comfort for a long time. Below you’ll find our return terms and quality warranty.
30-day trial guarantee
We believe in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 30-day trial guarantee. This means that from the day you receive your items, you have 30 days to return purchased products if they do not fully meet your expectations or provide the comfort you were looking for.
How to return items?
- Within 30 days of receiving your items, email us at info@rustile.eu.
- We will send you all return details and instructions (how and where to send the parcel).
This is a no questions asked return, however, once we receive the parcel we will always inspect whether the products are complete and in the right condition. If everything is in order, we will refund the full amount paid.
Important: the 30-day return guarantee does not apply to custom-made items and fabrics sold by the meter.
365-day quality warranty
We guarantee that our products are made to the highest standards, which is why we offer a 365-day quality warranty for all sewn duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets. If you notice any manufacturing defects within 365 days from the day you receive your items, we will repair your products or replace them with new ones.
The warranty covers: seams and zippers.
How to claim the warranty?
- Email us at info@rustile.eu within 365 days of receiving your items.
- In your email, include your order number, describe the issue in detail, and attach photos of the defect.
Note: the warranty does not apply to pillows, duvets, or fabrics sold by the meter.
